keys to success with BLGF! The class is constantly changing, so I'm never
bored, and my body is ALWAYS challenged. I've lost weight, made some amazing
friends, completed a half marathonand improved my overall

thought I would say this, but I LOVE BOOT CAMP!! Fitness for me was always
something I wanted to do, but could just never stay disciplined or interested
long enough to really make it a part of my lifestyle. When I started boot camp,
my attitude was one of “Getting” fit. Now, after 5 weeks of training my
attitude has truly changed into one of “Being” fit. Now, every morning after

"The Bootcamp
experience has been different from my regular workout routine at the local gym
and let me tell you, the experience has definitely been an awesome challenge
mixed in with lots of fun. Since I started going to the Bootcamp I have seen an
increase in my overall body strength, more muscle tone and definition and
greater conditioning. Jenn has been a wonderful instructor but also good friend
