Consistent Exercise has physical, mental and emotional long term benefits! However, to reap these maximum benefits, one has to consistently engage in dynamic exercise: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility and Anaerobic Training. My passion is to provide my clients with :
1) FUN and DIVERSE EXERCISES (cardio, strength, flexibility...) on a weekly basis...Let me put it simply, by attending all 4 classes a week, you do NOT need to add any forms of exercise to your weekly routine. You get it all in one weeks' worth of sessions!
2) I provide exercises customized for a women's body...exercises that will make you strong, lean and provide functional fitness. Having 4 babies myself, I know that core work is NOT an option to skip!
3) Accountability and Friendships. What I LOVE most about BLGF is the friendships and the accountability that this format provides. This keeps my clients more motivated and consistent than when I taught in gym settings.
4) OUTSIDE! We live in BEAUTIFUL North Florida...why not engage with the outdoors everyday?
